Please allow for up to 48 hours for us to process your order at the fulfilment center before it is shipped. Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Our standard shipping rates are 5 EUR for Italy and 7,50 EUR for continental Europe. We offer free shipping for any order above 60 EUR.
There might be additional charges when shipping to the UK and Switzerland.
We aim to ship as quickly as possible, for continental Europe: 2-6 working days (please allow up to 8 days). Please note that at busy times (during holidays or at sale time) longer delivery times may occur.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch confirmation and information for tracking your order. Please note that we can only provide the tracking information as provided by our local delivery partners.
