Ordering through the Domitia webshop is very simple and safe. Just add the products you are interested in to the shopping cart with the “Add to cart” button, you can then look at the content of your cart before making a final decision on what you want to buy. You then follow these simple steps: 1. Check the selection of products in your cart, you can here adjust quantity or remove/ add products. When you have your final selection proceed to check-out. 2. You are then asked to fill in your customer information and shipping address. 3. You then continue to shipping method. 4. If you have a voucher you enter your voucher code here to have the amount deducted from your order. Then continue to payment method where you can select to pay with credit card or Paypal. 5. Click “Buy now” and we start to prepare to ship your new products to you! 6. You will receive an order confirmation via email.

Please allow for up to 48 hours for us to process your order at the fulfilment center before it is shipped. Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Our standard shipping rates are 5 EUR for Italy and 7,50 EUR for continental Europe. We offer free shipping for any order above 60 EUR.
There might be additional charges when shipping to the UK and Switzerland.
